PJ is an alias of Melbourne based producer Praveen Jayarajan. At the dawn of 2004, he founded his little bambino in the form of Infamous Light Recordings. The label is one of the very first digital only record labels worldwide.

The Original version of Hedfok featured towards the end of the Japanese/Australian feature film "Bondi Tsunami". Now, two US based producers (Raygun and Highkoo) remix Hedfok for ILR's fourth digital release.

The Raygun Remix is first up. This has a quality deep houser with a progressive feel to it. It's quite a beefy, dubby and techy affair, with an element of funk in it too. Whilst slightly dark, the melody provides a pleasing light contrast.

The Highkoo Remix begins with a warped sound before kicking into a techno tinted minimal houser. The bass-line is fairly entrancing and, coupled with the spirit samples from the original, give this mix a twisted, trippy and eerie take.

This is a solid release with two different but equally playable mixes. Don't forget that if you want to buy this to visit a digital store on the internet.
