Inspired by the far-reaching Thrill Kill Kult (TKK), an alternative, industrial band founded back in 1987 by two Chicago kids (who wisely decided that 'reality' was a word to be used in quotes) comes an exciting new 'My Life Remixed' project. Out last week (15th February) on Red Ant Records, Astro&Glyde, Ebon, Tommie Sunshine & Mark Verbos, and D:Fuse & Mike Hiratzka are a few of the talents involved, see the full LP track-listing below...

Conceived in 2003 by Ebon's Justin and Melinda Whedon, the duo presented their ideas to Thrill Kill Kult founders, Buzz McCoy and Groovie Mann, who approved. So, together with Pete Bones, they set about enlisting some cool and quality talent to interpret and remix the TKK's inspirational classics. The resulting album is out now, and this week you can even discover the live 'My Life Remixed' show (in the US) on 23rd February at Crash Mansion, New York City with TKK (Live), Tommie Sunshine, Astro&Glyde and Pete Bones; 24th February at the Soundbar, Chicago with TKK (Live), Tommie Sunshine, Nosmo and Pete Bones; or 25th February at Club 5, Washington D.C. with TKK (Live) and others to be arranged. More dates will follow.
