The name of Gui Boratto appears more and more in the top 5 charts of several of the world's most respected DJ's. Born in 1974 in São Paulo Brazil, Gui Boratto, educated as an architect, musician, composer and producer initiated his career in the advertising sector in 1993.

From 1994 until 2004 he has supplied both Brazilian and international imprints with his studio output. It was a decade of work for consecrated artists such as Pato Banton, Garth Brooks, Steel Pulse, Desiree, Manu Chao, Gal Costa, Chico Buarque, Fernanda Porto, Kaleidoscópio, Leila Pinheiro, and many others.

From 2005 he began to dedicate himself more to his own productions and compositions, revealing a more authenthic and personal side to his ever growing international fanbase, striking gold with many influential labels. Whether it concerns Michael Mayer's Kompakt or K2, Steve Bug's Audiomatique, Harthouse, Plastic City, or any other of his many outlets, Gui Boratto has managed to appear in the charts and playlists of world's most famous producers and DJs in a plethora of styles.
