'The album also includes the duo's first productions together...'

(Amsterdam, NL) - One + One adds up to two of the most talented DJs in electronic dance music today. In one corner there's James Zabiela and his futuristic fresh style whilst in the other corner there's Nic Fanciulli's with his acid-house no-nonsense approach. Since the pair became firm friends, a series of back to back performances have resulted taking the duo all around the world ranging from Nic's hometown of Maidstone to Miami, Asia and the We Love... Space fiestas in Ibiza. Everywhere they go they leave an impact and the plaudits have been coming in thick and fast.

The time had come for James & Nic to take their gigs to another level, the result of which is striking a deal with Ministry of Sound for an innovative and inimitable album aka One + One. The album also includes the duo's first productions together, Rover (Made in Range Rover) and No Pressure.

James Zabiela commences the CD with a filtered/vocodered take on the raison d'être of One + One before cultivating into Rover which is the first One + One production found on here. It's got a very robotic and artificial air to it full of bleeps & bloops setting off a murky start before melting magnificently into Deep Dish's Stay Gold. The bass-line retains the moodiness of the previous track but the soul and light from the gorgeous vocals soon shine through, this track is an absolute classic given a touch up by JZ & Nic. If you weren't already doing so, it's time to move yo waistline to the bass-line with Funk D'Void's infectiously groovy To Ya Waistline before swinging along with Crazy Penis and his The Way We Swing. All that swinging leads to the jungle for some tribal type drums with M.A.N.D.Y.'s powerful Pusher remix of Rockers Hi-Fi' Push Push that's guaranteed to rock/knock your socks off.
