(Berlin, DE) - For years, International Gigolo Records, have been at the top of their game. Frontman DJ Hell, (real name Helmut), has unfolded a solid musical vision during the last decade, and has unmistakingly contributed to the current waves of Electroclash and Electrohouse.

Above all, he has stayed himself. He meticulously kept his nights DJ free during the German Football Weltmeisterschaft, and recently spoke out against the superstar treatments that the likes of Richie Hawtin among others tend to enjoy. Despite all this, he has delivered a solid amount of excellent remixes over the last few years, has 'discovered' the likes of Oliver Huntemann and Stephan Bodzin, and remains an excellent DJ himself.

To celebrate another year in existence, Hell is about to release his annual International DJ Gigolo's compilation, covering the best records of the year, while offering a glimpse ahead. Perhaps due to Hell's own eclecticism, the disc is a mish mash of some remixed classics, numbers from the usual suspects and new cuts from fresh talents, with the likes of Moonbean and Voltique representing the new, and Mount Sims, Huntemann and Sebastian San representing the residents of the series.
