(New York City, USA) - McCarren Park Pool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn will be the site of one of the most talked about parties on the East Coast this summer. On Friday, July 13th DJ Mag's #2 DJ, Armin Van Buuren, will bring his trademark sound to an all ages open-air event.

This won't be the first time Armin Van Buuren has been featured in an open-air setting in Brooklyn, just last year he played two highly successful day shows at the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Perhaps best known for his international radio show A State of Trance, which can be heard in 20 countries by 2.5 million people each week, Armin Van Buuren is one of the leading figures in dance music.

Winner of the Best CD Compilation (A State of Trance 2006) and Best Radio Mix Show (A State of Trance) at this year's International Dance Music Awards, Armin Van Buuren is back with his latest installment in the A State of Trance series. Available now on Ultra Records, A State of Trance 2007 is a two disc affair featuring such tracks as Chris Lake's Carry Me Away, Mike Foyle's Firefly, and Sean Tyas' One More Night Out. The mix compilation also includes Armin Van Buuren's own productions Miserere and Rush Hour. Considered a must-have release for all electronic music fans, Disc 1 is dubbed On The Beach with its more laid-back feel while the anthem-filled disc two is dubbed In The Club.

Featuring Integral Sound, Stellar Designs lasers, and live video by Gesture, New York City's premiere electronic dance music promotions company Made Event is pulling out all stops to entice trance fans both young and old.
