(New York City, USA) - Pacha New York has announced that its newest resident DJ is none other than James Zabiela. Voted this year's Best British DJ by DJ Mag, James Zabiela will launch his residency, in conjunction with Rhythmism.com, on Friday, August 3rd.

He is one of the standout artists at the forefront of new DJ/production talent and we hope that he can help inspire a new generation of clubbers and aspiring artists alike.” Expect James Zabiela to come equipped with his fully loaded laptop, effects units, CDs and other box of tricks.

James Zabiela's new single Human has just been released digitally on Renaissance and is currently in the top 10 of Beatport. “Human is a much deeper and more emotional recording compared to everything else I've released. It reflects where I am right now” is what James Zabiela had to say about his latest release. Besides Human, he has been keeping busy touring extensively. He just finished a tour of the States with fellow DJ cohort Nic Fanciulli under their One+One guise and will be playing frequently at Space in Ibiza later this summer. James Zabiela has also found time to turn in some guest mixes on the radio. Last week he was the featured guest DJ on John Digweed's Kiss 100 show.
