His first single, We are shining, is being released February 18th 2008 followed by two more singles and a full length album. His music has been described as new romantic techno disco and has been compared to Joy Division and Whitey via Kraftwerk and Tech-house. Keith "Radioactive Man/Two Lone Swordsmen" Tenniswood's comment that my music sounded like a "psychedelic Depeche Mode in a car crash with Lali Puna and Kraftwerk. Classically trained, technologically literate and a devotee of the UK underground music scene Christopher D Ashley's philosophy is that dance music should be fun, funky and fresh and that there's nothing wrong with pop music providing it is inspired and led by a vibrant underground scene. 365Mag went for a little chit-chat with the young and promising producer.
