(Miami, USA) - On March 25th Ferry Corsten will release Corsten's Countdown Mix on Ultra Records. A digital only compilation, Corsten's Countdown Mix is based on a one-hour weekly radio show that he began in July 2007. It consists of the top featured tracks on his show from the last year. To help support the release Corsten will DJ at a number of Stateside clubs over the course of the next month.

The Countdown Tour marks Corsten's return to the U.S. club scene since June and early July 2007 when Corsten was touring in support of his Passport United States of America disc. The tour kicks off at The Forum in Charlotte the same day as the release of the compilation. Ferry Corsten was recently named the Best Trance DJ at the annual DJ Awards in Ibiza, beating out nominees Armin van Buuren, Astrix, Infected Mushroom and Above & Beyond.
