(New York City, USA) - For a while now the venue Rebel seemed to be drifting apart from Electronic music events, but as of 2009 it seems they are turning over a new leaf. Starting late January it seems that they are getting back in touch with EDM and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We think much of this change has to do with the closing of Studio B as well as other venues gearing into other musical directions. Could Rebel be the new favorite for techno in 2009? Perhaps we'll see, but judging by the line up's for the next few months it has a pretty strong chance.
